I have just found “We who grieve aren’t strong, we’re trying to survive” by John Pavlovitz. If you can find it, this may speak to your heart - as it did to mine.
That’s a beautiful piece of writing. No truer words spoken. It’s so accurate and clearly written by someone who felt the grief.

Lonely.l couldn’t have said it better.we have to get throught it.& take it.one day at a time.with this horrendous pain.my partner passed away in November.& how l have made it this far is a Miracle. but this site is great.as friends & family have been so good.but they dont have a n idea of what its like to be grieving for a loved one.
