Talking in general is helpful, and can help you come to terms with a death or end of life diagnosis. This section is for you to talk about anything - get to know eachother, share stories, tell us a bit about yourself... It's up to you. We look forward to saying hello.


This is a safe and supportive space for members of the LGBTQ+ community who are grieving, as we know that there can be unique feelings, situations and issues that occur when someone who identifies as LGBTQ+ experiences the death of a person in their life. There might also be members who are looking for advice or support for someone they know who identifies as LGBTQ+ and is grieving.

Looking to the future

When a loved one dies, moving on can feel like an impossibility. There are no timescales to grief. But, after some time, you may reach a stage where you feel ready to make changes in your life. This may be moving area, house or job, or exploring new relationships. This is a safe place to discuss your feelings and experiences around topics like this, and to get support from people who have been there.

Losing a child

A place for bereaved parents, who have lost a child of any age (including adult children) to share experiences and support each other.

Losing a parent

This is a place where anyone who has lost their mother or father, or a step-parent or guardian, to share experiences and support each other.

Losing a partner

A place for widows, widowers, and anyone who has lost a spouse or partner to support each other.

Losing a sibling

A place for people who have lost a brother or sister to share experiences and support each other

Terminal illness

Support when a loved one is terminally ill.
