Who are the Sue Ryder moderation team?
The community is moderated by a team at Sue Ryder. We’re here to ensure that the community remains safe and supportive. We moderate according to our community guidelines, and terms and conditions.
You’ll see us responding to posts, such as when a new user has joined, or when someone may need some additional support or help. Sue Ryder staff can be identified by their Sue Ryder logo profile picture. We like a chat, so please do message us anytime if you need any support in using the community.

Want to tell us about a post that worries you, or something that breaks our guidelines?
If you have seen a post that you think is inappropriate, worrying or breaks our community guidelines, you can let us know privately by clicking the flag button under the post. You can also private message us. Anything you tell us, whether in a flag or in a private message, is completely confidential.
The main moderation team

- Seaneen is the Online Community Manager. She’s here 9am - 5pm every weekday.
- Alex, is our Online Community Moderator. Alex mainly looks after the community and our members out of hours (i.e. evenings and weekends). If you’d like to chat to a moderator on evenings and weekends, contact Alex.
