Hi Helen, no need to apologise you can rant whenever you please. It’s good to get it out of the system and I happy to lend a ear. Your daughter must be pleased to have the help. I doing the same here just hung up one lot and on to the next. We’ve got a south wind blowing so it’ll dry in a no time.
I hope tonight you have a more peaceful sleep. Did you try the sleep meditation? Not for everyone but worth a try.

Thanks Lg I slept better, hope you did too. I’m just waiting to see if Uber gets a bit cheaper after 9, it’s costing me a small fortune. I’m going to my sisters today and spending the night before she goes away tomorrow. I know I’m lucky to have such lovely people to descend on.
