I’m so sorry for your loss, I mentioned in another thread, a book “it’s ok that you’re not ok” I’m reading at the moment, I admit it has been a struggle, but that’s because it’s difficult just to read anything at the moment, however when I can read, it’s helping me very much, I should explain, like you I lost my wife, friend and soul mate mid December, and also like you, the life has gone from home, getting back from work is awful, especially with the dark cold evenings, but again, the book is helping me, I can’t explain why or how, it was suggested to me by a friend who was in the same situation but further along in the grieving process, it helped her, just might be worth it?
