Thank you❤️. Trying hard to do just that . You can’t live with the thought of losing him in you mind all the time. I suppose and it’s a selfish thing , but I’m fearful of what comes after. He’s been my best buddy for 45 years .How do you go on?

@jen You are never ready. My darling Sharon lasted almost 3 years against Stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer; I was repeatedly told she was going to go soon - especially the last few days - but I still couldn’t believe it when she passed. Still can’t accept.
Thank you for your kind message. Things have progressed since I first wrote on here. We had a brief ray of light when a new drug was used and it reduced the tumours . It has since stopped working and things have progressed. They down side was the side effects , he couldn’t eat and sleeping was difficult with horrid repetitive dreams.
We are now in the nothing left situation.
Trying to make the most of every day, Andy still relatively well with no pain. Not looking forward to when things impact on him.
