New self-help resource launched

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve launched a new free resource for people coping with grief and bereavement. The Grief Self-Help Service includes information, personal stories, and interactive tools designed to help you navigate grief. The site can help you:

-Find useful information that’s right for you
-Explore your emotions and feelings
-Hear from others experiencing grief
-Discover new ways to cope

The site is open to everyone and you can access additional features and tools by creating a free account.

This resource has been created in collaboration with people who have experienced bereavement, to help others who are also grieving. We worked closely with our counselling teams and our User Panel, which is a group of volunteers that have experienced grief. The User Panel has been invaluable in creating this site and we would like to thank them for using their personal experiences to help shape it.

This site is still in ‘beta’, which means that we know it can be changed and improved. We will continue to add new information and tools over the next few months, and we will look to gather feedback from our users along the way. This will help us make sure we are creating a site that is as supportive and useful as possible.
