Oh no ! That’s just crap isn’t it x

It is always better to make complaints in writing, it seems to hold more clout for some reason, and address to managing director or someone high up.

Indeed, I always copy in the CEO to emails…
Finding their email address is quite simple.

Hi @S_Diva
I took your advice and emailed them
They replied quite quickly, apologising and saying they would look into it.
Then I had another text so I emailed again.
Today I had a phone call from someone in management of the department . She was very apologetic and assured me that Rogers records have now been brought up to date. She agreed it shouldn’t have happened but they had a new system and mistakes were occurring.
They do like to blame their systems, but at least they did phone and apologised

Thanks

Ive had numerous problems too. I got a refund cheque issued to ny husband after the company had confirmed that everything is now in my name. When i phoned to get it changed they didnt seem to understand the problem. I asked if they realised that ‘dead men cant have bank accounts’. That did it! Refund cheque nade out to me.

What is wrong with these people?
Is it so hard to understand?

As if we are not hurting enough and are trying to sort things out with a woolly head, they act like idiots

I’m glad it’s sorted out now

Big hugs

I often wondered why my husband acted like Victor Meldrew when bills etc arrived, and was constantly getting criss with people on the phone. Now I know! Its exasperating.

I still have my telephone to sort out. I spoke to them about a week ago, as I dont think the bill has been paid since February. I was promised a call back because no one can tell me why they are not collecting. I darent let it go on, the bill must be growing daily. I shall be wearing my Victor Meldrew hat!

I’m afraid these people make us like that.
I think mine’s all sorted :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:
Although I’ve had a letter today from the council in my maiden name. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve told them and provided proof of my married name over 12 years!
At least they have taken Roger off so they can understand somethings. Eventually.

Big hugs

I dread the postman coming because it always results in yet more work and frustration.
Mostly down to the inefficiency of organisations. It is breathtaking how often they make mistakes, especially at a time when we are least able to deal with it.
I am tempted to seal my letterbox up. Turn off all the lights and phones and just lie on the floor and pretend nobody is home.
I think I have already said in another post, one place said they needed to speak to my husband before they could action my request. I asked if they had a Medium on their staff because I would quite like to speak to my husband myself.
Idiots!

When my mum was trying to sort my dad’s pension, after several attempts they told her they’d need to speak to him.
Her reply… ‘good luck with that, you’ll need to dig him up first!’ :pensive: Harsh, but they got the message! The incompetence has not changed much in 20 years…
