I am Jeanette, thank you for asking you’ll enjoy the CD, Jimmy loved Fix You
Brings back memories of when I took my youngest grandson to nursery. It would be playing when we walked in, very reassuring for little ones. He used to sing it it to me in his tiny sweet little voice. Thanks for the memory
This meditation was sent to me by our daughter, I shared it with our son.
I love it.
They grieving so much for their kind and gentle dad.

This double rainbow appeared shortly before we clapped at 8pm on Thursday. I was sitting on my husbands chair and they caught my eye as I looked out the window

I love Dusty she sang some great songs. She was around when I was quite young and that was awhile ago now?But I still love listening to her songs.x
There is another Dusty song that I guessing may have been the start of many of our true romances, here it is
Just on radio. Beautiful. I am a woman in love
Ahh Kate bless you. I will always be in love with my husband. Its so special we had love in our lives.Hope you’re ok?X
We were truly blessed Jeanette. Isn’t it wonderful the memories that can be attached to songs. I found that hard in the early days but oh my goodness, it’s what has got me to my peaceful place 2 years on.
This thread is special, we can let the music speak for us It’s nice to have conversation too
Oh yes I so agree with you San. It’s a great place to come with your feelings. And to speak to like minded people. Its helped me a lot.X
I will forever follow, more than one tear now and miss your arms around me but you’re still within my being Love truly is heaven sent
Thank you Mary…that is really lovely x
Who would have thought a Eurovision Song Contest winner could hold words that we can relate to in our loss. Just been played on Radio 2 and feel it has a place in our jukebox
Blimey Sandra, that song is so apt for me. It’ll be three years next month since my lovely David left this world. What’s another year? The words speak my mind
We shared a love for music and in our last hours together it played such an important part. Was difficult to have music in my life after Jimmy passed…golly so painful…even now I can be driving, sitting in a cafe and music comes on that causes tears to flow But music is my connection with my lovely man and I can now embrace it
I’m currently watching U2 live so here a song I would like to add.
Love to all you Magnificent individuals, reaching out and giving support to each other
