Hi @Liro , Thank you. Sorry for late reply , yesterday was all about Chris , so had a quiet day reflecting on my happy life with him . I was even quiet at work !!!
Im normally the funny one always there with a quick reply .keeping everyone laughing .
Today im back on the treadmill of life . Im even thinking of setting it a little faster. Hopefully i dont fall off and fail

Iām glad you got through yesterday and are feeling back to yourself today.
Iām afraid Iāve had a bad day but Iām getting back up now and I know Iāll be ok.

Oh sorry @Liro you have had a bad day , but its part and parcel of grief . The road ahead isnt straight , so many twists and turns with no sign posts , and no map to follow . But we do keep walking along it .somedays at a snails pace , others maybe speedwalking lol . And then sometimes catapulted back to the beginning , but we must keep plodding on .
My God im sounding a bit philosophical Lol instead of my usual dumb brain

I do feel better this evening.
Maybe if I could sleep properly it would help.
But instead I lay awake a lot, with either my thoughts, or my music.
