However my sciatica has flared up again.

I actually think it’s grief that makes all these illnesses appear or get worse . We don’t look after ourselves properly, and as that song goes lol our resistance is low ( where the hell did I dig that one up 
)

I know I’m not really looking after myself properly and I probably am trying to do too much.
But it’s so hard having to ask for help when I’ve been looked after so well for 42 years.
We never needed anyone else
