Thank you for asking , im ok thats about as good as it can get . Glad its friday. Working week over . But same as everything weekends just not the same now .
Hope you are doing ok , its so hard isnt it , trying to live a life without our partners , but we just have to keep on keeping on plodding along .

No weekends aren’t the same but we were long retired so not a lot different to the rest of the week really

Try and have a good rest this weekend if nothing else.

It is very hard without them. I’m not sure it’s getting any easier either. Sometimes I think its getting harder

Yeah im ok thanks just plodding on .
Sorry you had a bad day yesterday .
I think thats just our life now , of course we will have really bad days . Thats the love we have for our partners , but they not here for us to show and share the love with them .
Try to just embrace those bad days , dont fight them , its all part of grieving .
Sorry not trying to tell you what to do . Its just i find it easier , to just go with those bad days and appreciate them for what they are . Thats just how i cope .
