Tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of my husbands death. We were married for 50 years.
Tonight I’m feeling numb. So so sad but no tears. Silence in the house without him is horrible

I’m part of the Online Community team and I can see that you are new to the community - I’d like to thank you for bravely starting this thread and sharing how you are feeling numb as you manage the 1st anniversary of your husband death. I’m so sorry to hear about your husband. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
