This afternoon I lit this candle for my wonderful husband Paul.

It is 93 weeks since you left this earth.

I am still trying to work out what my life is now.

It is an empty life without you.

Our life together is the one I want but can’t have.

You made me laugh, you made me smile, you made me feel safe, you made feel more confident.

You showed me true, deep love.

You made my life complete.

You were funny and understanding.

You were strong and tender.

You were kind, caring patient and modest.

My love for you has not ceased, it never will.

I love and adore you Paul xx
