I lost my husband suddenly 5 months ago , and it still feels raw , we eloped to Gretna Green and married 17 months before he died , after being engaged for decades ! So I feel totally robbed ! But glad we got the chance to marry x

We were together for around 13 years he so couldnt wait for me to become his wife, so i am glad we did get married in the end. Just shit that we didnt have much time as husband and wife, as he passed away suddenly aswell.

We were together nearly 24 years , he was 65 and I am 56 , I had two previous abusive marriages so he really was my 3rd time Lucky , Nick really did teach me the meaning of unconditional love , and I am glad in the end I got to experience it , but I feel like it was “this is what you could of had “! Nick had a sudden heart attack on our living room floor , two days in ICU I had to watch his life support being switched off , I feel like I watched him die twice , I will never get over it
