I am really struggling as I have been widowed for a second time in 20 years. Never thought I would have to go through this again, I feel as if I am being punished for something for this to be happening to me again. Really struggling to hold it all together
So sorry for your loss. That must be incredibly difficult to deal with. I just can’t imagine going through this twice.
You had the strength to get through it and you will do it again. We have to be patient with ourselves. That’s what I keep telling myself.
