In my tribe there has to be a woman carrying ancestral rituals & practicing them, when this woman ages she chooses a granddaughter to take her place, for a granddaughter to qualify, she has to steal a live lion cub, if caught by police one gets life in prison,if caught by lioness it’s bad too, yesterday the ritualist granddaughter managed to steal a cub, today morning the lions followed the trail to the village & took lives of 3 married men, (we have new widows), including the lion cub stealer ‘s husband,others are badly injured & are at hospital, the police has called WILDLIFE ORG but they haven’t reached yet, there’s a possibility of the lions coming back again, now the village is quite, no noise apart from those mourning.
I don’t know when will my tribe stop this, the world has moved, but they’re still locked in ancient times. Now the village has 3 official widows good enough they aged they won’t suffer my situation but still it’s painful to lose a husband, and wild life organization is going put some people in prison for a verylong time if not forever b’se they killed a cub. They warned them, sent wildlife representatives to teach them to stay away from wildlife, no hurting, no playing hero games of killing elephants.
I feel sorry for the new widows.
