Hi it will.be 3 years on 23rd May since my partner passed away, I am already struggling thinking about the day. Does anyone have any tips to help me get through this tough time.

18 May is 1 year anniversary for me since Marek passed away, and the last few days I felt so low. Could use advise as well

Hi, It was the first anniversary of my partners death in April. I was dreading it but it wasn’t nearly as bad as a I thought it would be. I wrote him a letter, ate his favourite food and met up with a friend for a walk. A few days before, myself & family scattered his ashes in Cornwall. Try and celebrate his life in whatever way is good for you x
