husband died in March. We were married for 38 yrs and I am finding things really difficult at the moment I don’t know if its Christmas but I have gone into meltdown this last few weeks but it is comforting to know I am not the only one I thought I was going mad

Hi J sorry to hear that your not coping at the moment Christmas is a bad time especially the first one with out your husband . My husband died in April so I know how much your hurting. Hope we will both get the strength to face 2017 take care
