Hello people who have lost somebody close in their life, I am sorry to hear that and see you on this platform, honestly I am also a person who lost my mom suddenly and has been grieving for almost 11 months now, tried therapy but ended up lashing at her, alot of people tried calming me but my outburst were uncontrollable but this Sue ryder website helped me and today I am just sharing a video that I recently found on Youtube and hope it can help others, Please watch it.
I am glad it is helping everyone thanks for commenting, I have been going through a lot of emotions and it is difficult at times but we all will become strong like this lady and good things will eventually happen
No idea how she can get up and speak about it, though. I can talk about him a bit but I’m still unable to tell anyone about it who doesn’t already know. I know I would cry.
Not sure if anyone else has stumbled across ‘Gary Sturgis- Surviving Grief’ blog on Facebook. I find his words powerful and insightful, and it has helped me understand a little more about our individual grief journey. I’ve bought a couple of his books too, not that I’m trying to encourage anyone else to go out and buy them, but again they are helping me. Maybe have a look at him on FB. I hope it may bring some comfort to someone else too x
@SadGirlfriend I understand it must be so tough what you are going through, if at any time you want to talk something on your mind my dm is always open for people on this website, if you talk it may help you. You are a strong person, and I am so sure he is so proud of you
