I write letters to my partner and I actually have a book that I write the letters in I can’t say it’s wonderful but it is a way to help get your feelings into a way to that you can tell your loved ones how you are and you can look back and see what you think and tell yourself how to see you can tell your partners about your day it is like talking to them like you user to

Spot, I do the same my own private journal daily to my darling son who I lost in March 2023 aged 35. I write to him saying what I have been doing, how I feel etc. It is also good when you read back to see how you are making little steps forward without realising it. Take care, keep writing😀 xx
