Its been 1 year, 8 days since my dad passed away. Today would have been his birthday.
Ive been (understanderbly) tearful for the 10 days. The waves of grief have hit hard, fast and when I’ve least expected them. Its literally like its all just happened again.
The absolute worst bit of all this is knowing that in 5 weeks time its the 1st anniversary of mum dying.
The whole thought of all this literally winds me physically.
