It’s by Brenda lee and it hit me like a brick so true and how i feel. Does anyone know the song, and wot song does it for you ?.

Oh yes I know that one, have you heard her singing “ the end of the world “ that’s the song I kept playing when I lost my son. It says it all . Breaks your heart.

It feels like almost all songs link me to the loss of my Husband and our love …Together Again by Janet Jackson is my hopeful song and Loves Theme instrumental Barry White reminds me of listening through my earphones last Summer in Majorcan sun, looking at my Husband with so much love, pride and relief that he had survived a quintuple heart bypass that February. My Ray died from Stomach Cancer in April this year. Ray liked Pink so he may have chosen When I get there, but I suspect he’d be wanting me to listen to Mr Blue Sky to move forward together x
1990 I started driving aid lorries to Romania, Sinead O’Connor released “Nothing compares to you” in my lonely night driving, i played this song many many times thinking of my wife back home, I had no idea then that I would listen to it now with such sadness as she passed away this March, such happy memories of that time back then.
