It is like nothing unknown. No boundaries, control buttons, on/off switch. Different for everyone, but has no time scale

Hello Deborah. I haven’t been on here regularly because of being busy with voluntary work and helping my mum out.
The anniversary of my dad’s death has gone past since 28th February this year and has been gone for 21 years ago.
I still miss him and enjoyed being around. I’m just on the waiting list for counselling.
Welcome back Frank.
We will always miss our loved ones. Nothing will ever be the same.
That’s the price we pay for loving someone so so much.
Keep going because that’s all we can do
