My dad died very suddenly 2 years ago. Im finding the anniversary of scattering his ashes worse than the date he died. I Miss him so much. I thought grief was supposed to get easier with time.

I’m so sorry about your dad. There will always be days when our grief is harder to cope with than others. Lots of people find important dates like anniversaries of funerals or scattering of the ashes especially difficult, and you’re not alone.
