Anniversary

So, it was my 44th wedding anniversary today. . Nearly. 4 after losing Steve. . I was doing really well, went to the gym , doing classes. Had coffee with a friend. I didn’t mention the’A’ word. All fine. Arrived home to find a parcel had been left with a Neighbour . Thought it may be plants I bounced next door. My neighbour said, “Is it your birthday?”. With that I finally crumbled. “No, it’s my wedding anniversary “. It was from one of my children.
