I have a face-to-face appointment for counselling next week after a wait of over one year. It will be on the same day for the next six weeks. One session will last about 50 minutes. I have to take a cab to be on time for the sessions but will take the bus to go home. Sending love and hugs to everyone.

Hope the counselling goes well. I have a phone appointment on Monday to find out whether they can provide counselling to me.
