My grief is really bad today I’ve had a couple of bad moments already today. Someone told me that when you get a severe wave of grief that it’s your loved ones connecting with you but why would my wife want me to feel this horrible pain

I know the feeling it’s so cruel and you just ask why? It’s not as if we aren’t suffering enough. I’ve had a really bad few days but I’m putting mine down to it being 6 nations and valentines. My husband loved the rugby and would always cook me a lovely meal for valentines. It’s just a shit show of a journey we are on!
