Such inspirational words Grandma. When people ask my how I’m doing I say ‘I am trying really hard’, it feels more truthful than saying ‘I’m ok’ as I am really not but this reaffirms that at the moment I am trying my best and that’s what I can do. Thank you xx

My daughter sent me this saying and it’s very apt I think. We all deserve a wee boost - and a reminder of how far we’ve come on this sh** journey.
