I know a few of you have been looking for a face to face bereavement group in the north east. I’ve found one run by age uk at Belmont Durham. Been speaking to the lady who runs it and she says it’s quite a new group so not many there. They have a chat about things and tea and biscuits. It’s on the last Friday of the month so I’m going to give it a go. I told her I would share on here.

I wish I could find something like that.
I’m in Stockport ( if anyone knows of something similar).
