Hi all,
Today I went to a bereavement group, it was ok, it felt good to talk to others going through bereavement, but there was an older man there, his wife had recently passed, & his son in his 40s is dieing of cancer, his story made me feel very sad. When I hear these kinds of stories, it makes me very aware of the time I have left, kind of like sand running through an hourglass, & how we should all make the most of the time we have with the ones we love.
Aside from that, we talked about normal everyday things, TV, movies, that part of the movie Wonka was filmed in Bath city centre, it felt good to be normal for a while.
