I’m sorry to hear about your loss. You are not alone on this site as there are lots of people who understand and might have suggestions for dealing with grief. I am very new to this journey and so can only offer my condolences.

I lost my partner almost a year ago… I found him and it was too late…
I still think of him every day and she’d a tear - he was the love of my life…
