Hello all, A year ago today my husband had his heart attack and my daughter and I sat with him 4 days until he passed away.
God how I miss him and it’s so lonely on my own. It would have been our 29th wedding anniversary today.
My 3 school friends and I are walking a 100 miles over the 5 Fridays in September. Which we stared Friday 1st. Just giving British Heart Foundation. That’s the most I see them as they all have their own lives to lead but once in a while they come to have a cuppa with me all at once. I hate when everyone keeps saying we’re going on holiday. I just don’t want to know. We had so many plans for when he retired he was 63 and only another two years to retirement

My husband passed away 6 weeks ago from a cardiac arrest aged 54 life is so god dam cruel 
its so lonely without them he was my everything sorry for your loss

This where I am so glad we could retire early. Normally my husband would have had 6 years of retirement. Instead we had 18. They are all so young.
