Its been 3 months since i lost my husband. I came over from my country when we met. Now i feel so alone and lonely. Some days i just cry uncontrollable. My family is back home so its very hard.
Today i was watching Christmas movies something we both liked doing at this time of the year and ibjustvstarted crying

Sometimes even food shopping brings me to tears.
Sasa, it is almost 2 months for me and I understand what you are going through completely. Everything we do, see, taste, hear reminds us that our husbands are gone and we are alone.
I am so sorry that your husband died and I am very sorry that you have no family near. I do have family close, but believe me, it doesn’t help one bit with the pain and loss. Having them near does help with with some things like moving heavy things and they will come when called.
Speak your mind here. It is safe and we all know exactly what you are going through.
