I don’t know how to move on, i find myself overwhelmed with the whole situation. My brother inlaw slumpled and died instantly, He was well and had no medical condition. we spoke recently before he passed, he was very close to me and a good person.
I have tried to move on and but don’t know how, am constanly crying and asking God why. The thought and shock is too much.
I think am over doing it or i have allowed myself to be drowned in the thought of his death, this is affecting everything around me.
I am so sorry for your sudden loss. You have had a shock and I would think it’s only natural to be reeling as you come to terms with what has happened. If you think this is becoming overwhelming for you maybe speak to a bereavement counsellor to help you understand your emotions.
