I have just lost my mum… can I do this forever?! When do I feel normal again? When do I enjoy the quiet? When do I do all the things I said I would when I had more time? When does this ache stop??

I have also just lost my mum very suddenly and I completely understand how you feel. I also wonder when this will stop and nobody seems to have an answer they say it gets easier and I think “does it?”
