I gave mine to my daughter don’t need it so smack on rubbish daughter just brought me a dinner will try it later can’t be bothered lv annie x x

I’m so grateful that you have found each other and are talking. It’s so comforting to say something and find other support your feelings.
Annie11, just as you cooked and cared for your husband with love, so your daughter is trying to do for you. Each mouthful is proof of her thoughts and love for you, and the act of preparing it may have helped her too.
Just a thought, but when we are so taken up with our grief we can forget that others hurt and suffer too. The most loving thing you can do is be there for those who need you.
Please think about talking to the Samaritans or some other organisation where they have counsellors who can help you cope through this time.
