I lost my Grandad on 19/02/24. I think of him everyday and a few times recently, I’ve had chapel of visit flashbacks. Once was when I was at my piano lesson playing Moon River an it just happened now watching old Disney films. Has this ever happened to anyone else? It makes me cry as thats the last time I saw Grandad and I really didnt want to leave him :(. It still hurts so much, but it is so vivid what I’m experiencing. I love you Grandad x

Hi yes, this was the only way I could picture my husband for a while. Thankfully happier images came through although I do still get those flashbacks

I still picture my sister back who die in February 2025 its trauma to me all the time comes over me all the time xxx
