Hi guys has anyone experienced constant headaches? I lost my husband 4 months ago and for the last week I’ve had very bad headaches every day I have an mri due this Friday and I’ve got myself into a complete state thinking it’s 1 thing and we all know what

Bless u I ve had a lot of illness since my husband died last year Problems with my thyroid my eyesight sleeping etc etc
I don’t think this is unusual as you are under a lot of physical and emotional stress when someone you love dies This can trigger
headaches and other dormant conditions
I am glad to hear you are getting your symptoms checked out That was a wise decision Headaches have so many causes and as soon as you have a diagnosis at least you will know what you have to cope with and can make plans

I feel my grief in my head. Behind my eyes and in my forehead. I know that sounds daft but I do. Often it means I need to have a good cry. When I do the headaches normally ease.

Thanks guys obviously I’ve got myself in a state with the worry and it’s made even worse without my husband to lean on

So hard to be ill and in grief.

I lost my partner 3 months today. I have had colds, coughs, sinus infections. Insomnia. Headaches that make me dizzy. Fatigue. I have felt unwell since his loss. Grief has taken my immunity
