I lost my sister in October 23 she was only 35 it was so suddenly and unexpected I just don’t know how to cope with it, she was fine just had a headache in the day and then by 5am the next day she was gone.
The guilt is eating me alive everyday, It’s just getting worse

I’m so sorry to hear about your sister. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.

What a terrible thing to happen. Losing your sister is like losing a part of your self. Be kinder to yourself I doubt you have done anything to be guilty about. I lost my beautiful kind big sister to cancer 3 years ago . Miss her everyday but some days for no real reason it’s worse. I find this forum helpful
