Coping with my loss when i have time to think

I’m okay when i have things to get on with but when i have time to think about stuff i get tired, head achie and really sad. My husband and sons are trying to help but my oldest son is quite often sad himself.
Im the oldest of the 3 children and my brothers have work to occupy them when not organising funeral stuff. Im finding im either not sleeping or so emotionaly exhausted i could sleep all day.

Hello @AmyB78 ,

I can see that you’re new to the community, so I wanted to say that I am so sorry for the loss of your parents that brings you here.

I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that may help right now.

Thank you again for sharing – please keep reaching out and know that you are not alone.

Take care,

Alex

I get this i’m ok in work though i do work from home if i have a moment i can. I hadn’t realised until i saw this but yes i get tired mainly during the day - at night my insomnia has got worse. My mum had her funeral planned, hymns etc even her eulogy still when it came to it my sister and i were lost. My boyf has found it hard - he was her go to person. When she fell she told police to call him. Not sure this helps but not sure anything will. Sorry for the long post. Hope you get support.
