Coping

l lost my dad 2 years ago then I lost my husband 14 months ago he was 56 and the love of my life. My son started university last week and my brother is fighting for his life in the intensive care unit how do I cope with all this . I am a very private person and am struggling so much with it all.

@Suz2 you have a lot going on, so as cliched as it sounds, literally take each day as it comes and just deal with the present. Otherwise you’ll just feel overwhelmed. Try to reach out and confide in someone, even though you’re a private person. Just sharing how you’re feeling is a step towards processing your situation. Best wishes and be kind to yourself…xx

Hi

I lost my husband to covid 2 1/2 years ago and my mom almost 2 years ago.

It is very hard. I have attended some groups that deal with grief and it helps to know you are not alone.

My problem is thst i have a sister but we arent close and my friemds still have their husbands

I dont thimk you understand umtil it happens to you. Then its debilitating.

Try to find some grief groups
