I have received letters from the DWP too stating they think they may be entitled to claim some of my mum’s pension credit back. They have asked for statements going back to 2010! I mean, seriously, why pay it in the first place if they’re going to try to claw it back now.
I don’t care about the money, they can take it, but I really do want to tell them where to go!
