has anyone tried counselling? i lost my husband very suddenly in September and im really struggling with grief just wanted to know if anyone has tried or been for counselling.

I also lost my husband in September. I have been receiving counselling from the local hospice where my husband passed away, personally I would recommend it to anyone who is in this awful situation it has been a great help.
My husband died suddenly in September too. I’m having counselling which I pay for. I seem to spend a long time just talking about him and how I’m struggling. But I do feel lighter when I come out and she has helped me with some things.
Hi I lost my husband in May 2023 I’ve had councilling through the NHS House of light it helped me a little
