Yip i just finished my sessions on friday waited few months after referral woman annmarie was really good and understanding you only grt 6 sessions and need more so got call with mental health nurse at doctors

Yes I had my six sessions. Feel I didn’t make best use of them.

Yes. They are not professional counsellors. They are trained volunteers. Mine was a bad experience, because I was paired with someone who was inflexible and intrusive. Wouldn’t recommend.
The woman i had was very understanding and was really nice felt at ease and trustworthy

Well I am not sure about being skilled when I had the Tel calls. But remember the person was very nice and so wasn’t bad for me in that way but agree it seems too short.
I can never get through to them and then i give up. But i really need their service x
