Hi there my Dad is in hospital and near to the end . My Dad and I are really close and I feel lost and bewildered . I cry uncontrollably when i visit him in hospital because it doesn’t look like him and just waiting for the phone call to say he’s gone, I cannot sleep and feel sick with it all.
I really feel for you just now, of course you are feeling lost and crying all the time, it’s normal, it’s worse because I’m assuming you are not allowed to visit, you haven’t said how old your dad is, although age makes absolutely no difference when it comes to losing a loved one, you will get through this, but this group is here for you, sending you love and strength xx

It is awful when someone you love is in hospital and at the end of their life. Please know that there will always be people for you here when you need them.
