I lost Dad last November to metastatic melanoma. He was ok then it spread to three places in his body. He died shortly after entering palliative care and I miss him a lot.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dad and understandably you will miss him a lot. Losing a parent leaves a big hole in our lives which can never be filled.

There is also an organisation called AtALoss that has useful resources and information on Bereavement support. On their website if you look at Bereavement Services and go down to the Location, you can see if your area is listed.
Grief is a horrible ride of emotions with good and bad days, you need to be gentle with yourself. Take one day at a time and keep reaching out here, you are not alone and we are all here for you.
