I lost my dad march 31st so Easter Sunday and his funeral was 23rd of April and life is hard I’m struggling and alls I do is cry

Oh gosh, I just saw your profile, about losing your grandad and dad 2 years apart. I guess that means that the loss of your dad was sudden and unexpected, and before his time? There was just over 8 years between losing my grandad (aged 99) and his son, my dad (aged 76). It was a complete and utter bolt from the blue - he was fit, active, healthy and everything.
