In January i lost my 92 year old dad by suicide in a beyond horrible way. Totally unexpected and i will never forget the call from my mum.
I am struggling to comprehend such a loss. As i have no family other than my mum and brother life feels very empty now. Ive gone through shock, tears, anger, i just cant comprehend why he decided to just leave thecpeople who loved him so dearly. How do we cope with such a loss?
