While out I saw Diffuser I thought they just cheaper options for scent, I was told they are more or less a health aid, Aroma therapy. they up your mood, make you sleep better, relieve stress. ,This has intrigued me and got me thinking. Does anyone use one in daily life ? do they work ?
sorry diffuser
When N was really poorly, he had wanted to try a diffuser in the bedroom as he had anxiety and trouble sleeping.
We bought several different essential oils to use, and so he could blend his preferred scents.
He found comfort and felt it helped him relax, especially the lavender, chamomile and sage.
The oils were expensive, the diffuser with auto-timer and lights was about £20.
Thank you for your reply, they not cheap! I’m going through a lot at the moment. Debt, Loss of mum, no headstone for mum, bills, and dealing with hospital trips. I loss mum on August 21st, I still live in the same flat. so surrounded by memories and still miss her. On top of that u been diagnosed with Myeloma Cancer.
Have had any support?
Perhaps Adult Social Services can help?
They were really helpful with N’s diagnosis and sorting PIP payments etc… or MacMillan can point you in the right direction regarding finances.
I’m sure Sue Ryder won’t mind me sharing this link…
Thank You so much, I call them tomorrow. Really do appreciate this xx
